HOW LONG DOES IT LAST? The effects last up to 12 months after which the pigment fades leaving the skin and your natural brows exactly as they wereBecause Microblading is semi-permanent, after 1 yr when the pigment/ink has faded regular/standard prices apply for the procedure. Your care to brow affects how long your skin retains the pigment.  Known causes to fade the pigment are:

  • Working out – the saline in our sweat fade the pigment/ink.
  • Saunas, swimming, chlorine, ocean water
  • Applying topical products on your brow such as pencils, powders, anti-aging lotions
  • The only cream that you should apply on your brow is sun screen.

It takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.

1. We take every precaution necessary to ensure the micro-pigmentation application is a pain-free experience. We apply medical grade anesthetics to numb the area.

2. We choose a shape and style together.

At the beginning of the microblading procedure, Artist will draw in a suggested shape for your new brows and then we work together to perfect this to your preference. Measurements are taken to check symmetry and position.

3. The artist will apply small amounts of different colored pigments to the skin near to your brows to select the best match for your skin tone, features, and personal preference.

BEFORE THE TREATMENT (Must Read | Do’s & Don’ts):

  • Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours before.
  • Do not drink coffee, alcohol or energy drinks on the day of treatment.
  • If you tint your brows, do it one day prior to treatment
  • Do not tan or sunbathe 3 days before treatment.
  • No Botox 3 weeks prior/after procedure.
  • No waxing! You must complete any waxing 3 days before the treatment.
  • No chemical peels, dermabrasion, mesotherapy or any other intense treatments. This will cause skin cells to rejuvenate faster which will result in skin irritation. We recommend any of these to be done 2-3 weeks before microblading.
  • No Retinol, or anti-aging products, or acne medications 48 hours prior to procedure. It fades the strokes
  • Do NOT schedule within 5 days or during your Menstrual Cycle, it will make your procedure painful.
  • Fix and/or wash your hair before the treatment. You will not be able to have direct contact with water on the area for 7 days.
  • Do take a non-drowsy allergy medicine within 2 hrs of your appointment. It helps with swelling. Less bleeding allows the pigment to be deposited into your skin.
  • DO thread, tweeze and arrive to your appointment with a clean brow shape.

Microblading (or eyebrow embroidery) is a relatively new manual method.

It is considered to be semi-permanent, as compared to the traditional hair-stroke/tattoo technique.

It is done using a very fine blade to deposit pigments into the epidermis.
